According to the Refund Policy of Idara Al Furqan Online Quran Academy
We offer free trial classes to help you find the right tutor and course. However, if you choose to continue after the trial classes, you will be charged on a monthly basis from that point forward.
If a student wishes to stop using our services, they must email our office before the new month begins. Failure to do so will result in the full monthly fee being charged for that month.
If a student needs a break for a month or longer, they must notify us by email before the new month starts. If classes are attended during any part of a month, the full fee for that month will be charged.
There is no refund for classes missed due to public holidays or for absences without any prior notice. Please inform your tutor or our team in advance if you cannot attend a scheduled class.
All cancellation, pause, or break requests must be submitted in writing via email to our office before the new billing month starts. Verbal requests or WhatsApp messages are not accepted as formal notice for billing purposes.
